A photo or draft looks wrong
Stay on the draft when possible. Remove or replace only the mistaken photo; CasaProof saves the updated record before deleting an unreferenced local file. If capture or import was interrupted, reopen the relevant draft from the dashboard recovery prompt. Keep the original photo outside CasaProof if it is important.
Backup is pending or failed
- Keep the local app data on the device.
- Confirm you are signed into the expected account.
- Open Private backup and run an explicit backup on a stable connection.
- If another device has a newer cloud copy, restore and review the device/cloud conflict instead of repeatedly retrying or deleting data.
- Do not clear local data until the screen confirms a successful backup or you have exported independent copies.
Private backup is for recovery. It is not real-time multi-device sync, so back up before changing devices and confirm which device or cloud version you intend to keep.
Plus did not unlock
Use Restore purchase from the Plus screen while signed into the same App Store or Google Play account used to subscribe. Store confirmation and RevenueCat entitlement verification can take a short time. If the store shows an active subscription but CasaProof does not, send support the store, product name, approximate purchase time, and the non-sensitive error wording. Never send a full card number.
The annual trial is not shown
Introductory eligibility belongs to Apple or Google. CasaProof only describes the seven-day trial when the live store package confirms that the current account is eligible. Prior subscriptions or store rules can make an account ineligible even when another tester sees the offer.
AI-assisted messages
AI generation is currently unavailable. You can still organize records, preview reports and use standard message drafts. A Plus subscription does not enable an unavailable AI feature. Standard reports and message drafts do not send your records to an AI service.
A PDF is missing a photo
CasaProof should show a visible placeholder when a referenced photo is unavailable. Download missing cloud photos from Private backup, then prepare the report again. Review every page before sharing. A PDF is a prepared copy, not the only archive of the original record.

CasaProof cannot advise what notice to send, whether evidence is legally sufficient, who is liable, or what deadline applies. For an emergency, unsafe home, legal deadline, or dispute, contact the appropriate professional, authority, landlord, insurer, deposit scheme, or emergency service.
